I stayed 4 nights, booking the hotel since it is part of ITC group. But the beginning onwards the property is totally run down. The flush of the WC was not working , then the shower nozzles were jammed, so hot water would not run , the walls have dirt and black patches, the wash basin tap was broken, all one by one.
After returning from work on the 3rd day , the room was not made !
Room service does not collect used plates from the room propmptly, consequently have to leave the tray out side the room, i had seen used trays outside many rooms.
No one should stay in the hotel , thinking it is a Fortune group property.
The voices carry, a guest in the neighbouring room switched on the TV at 7.30 AM, and i could hear the TV noise loudly and clearly, the piped music played in the commone area can be heard all night in the room

I travelled to Hyderabad for a business meeting and Fortune being a fav hotel selected it for the stay. However I should admit it was a horrible experience.

The property was big but was not maintained well. Came to know it was previously owned by Ramada Hotel. Now fortune has kept the same old carpet, curtains, towels and all of Ramada. The corridors stink. The carpets in the corridor gives you the feeling that you have come to a lodge.

We were 2 people and booked to 2 rooms. My colleague got a room big enough with a king size bed and the one they gave me was a single cot bed and a small room which again resembled a lodge. When I complained i got a better room. I asked if you had a good room vacant why did you give me a bad room in the first case they just sared at me, not even a sorry came out of their mouth.

On top of that when my colleague laid on the bed it started itching and caused boils to appear on his body. We asked for a Doctor and they made us waiting for half an hour and my poor colleague was suffering like hell. Finally a doctor came and they changed his room as well. When all these were done it was 12 o'clock and we had a very important meeting next day morning. In short this was the worst experience at a Fortune Hotel and I will never ever go back there again. I'm surprised how other people who have put reviews here have missed the untidy and not-so-clean setup of this hotel.

I stayed at this hotel while on a wait for my connection flight.Located near the old Airport entrance, The hotel ambience is really wonderful and you are greeted by everyone with a traditional namaste - right from the front desk to the waiter in the restaurant.
The rooms are soo big and comfortable. Lots of space and big work area. Only negative aspect is the absence of LCD TVs, still stuck with the old color TV. Did not expect that in such a grand hotel
Breakfast and dinner buffets were really good and there were waiters actually waiting to get you the food even though its a buffet. There were also chefs who would suggest options and at breakfast to make you fresh eggs.
Well definitely would love to stay here again when i am in Hyderabad again.

My first impression of a V star facility dampened my spirits due to the ambience and mediocre front office management. Personnel were hospitable and warm , however even the room did not measure up to a five star hotel. The equipments and facilities in the room also were below par . The toilet seat was not firm and dangling plus the shower in the bath was not effective.
Fortune needs to make some investnment to spruce up the rooms to improve their image . A few good paintings in the room shall also add value
The best part was the food , whicxh was delicious and tounge smacking . Hats off to the cooks
The spread in the pastries and breads could however be improved
