We stayed at Rose Valley for 5 days with kids and 5 families. It is a nice resort the rooms are planned well so that you are not facing any other room. The decor is in wood and the toilets are large. The toilets open up partially to the sky so the natural light feels good.
There is a small half tennis court for the kinds to play some tennis. The pool is good and you have a table tennis table alongwith carrom for a indoor game. You can walk around the resort for exercise and though there was a small gym i did not use it. The restaurant is open on the sides and has good views. The housekeeping was ok.
The bar decor is not good and did not feel like using the bar. The restaurant would have been a good option but they only serve beer over there. The food was a total let down. very average breakfast and similar taste for the veg sabjis every day. There is no nearby restaurant so you are left with no option. The resort is a 30 minute ride from the main city and if costs Rs 800 for a taxi to take you to the city. If you are on a short tour of around 2 days it would be hectic to stay at this place. However on a longer tour this is the perfect place especially if you have kids alongwith you.
I would definately stay at this property again .
