The Radisson Blu Resort, Taba is a great place for a relaxing a fun break on the Egyptian Riviera.
The staff at the resort are extremely professional, kind and helpful. Wissam Galal front of house is an asset to the resort, as are the restaurant staff, especially Ramadan who kept our wine glasses topped up and was always happy to look after us, the chefs do a great job with the food, especially the barbecues.
On the beach, Hassan is a true gentleman and genuinely cares that you enjoy your holiday and can relax. The diving and snorkelling is good too, lots to see just off the beach, parrot fish, moray, octopus, puffer fish to name but a few of the beautiful fish.
The La Vacca animation team are are great crew, Turky, Alex and the team were enthusiastic and great fun to chat with. They put on good entertainment in the evenings but the best thing was that they were happy to pass the time chatting with guests and making them feel welcome.
The one thing that lets the team down are the drinks but this is pretty standard for all inclusive deals in Egypt. The local spirits are not very nice, the beer is rather watery, wine is not included (except at dinner and this actually not too bad - I made sure I had a few glasses with dinner) however if you pay extra for wine after dinner time it's pretty bad. The local white wine, Obelisk, is actually brown!
So overall this is great spot, the staff are the real asset so keep up the good work there, the food was really good too, the beach, pool area and grounds are well maintained and clean so really just the drinks that could be improved. I would definitely go back.
Thanks Radisson Blu Resort, Taba. Hope to see you again
