We returned from this hotel 6 days ago....our overall impression was it was ok. Staff made the hotel, all very friendly,helpfull and polite. The breakfast was very good,plenty of choice and usually plenty of it...then again the hotel was very quiet,dont know if the same could be said when its much busier. They advertise that there are safes in the room,we were told on arrival they were not working,and within the first week the safe had been removed from the room all together! Also advertise an a la carte restaurant which was not open at all,we thought again maybe because the hotel was quiet,but after speaking to someone who has been there several times,he had only seen it open twice in all the times he was there. We were very glad we were only bed and breakfast as think the other meals very repetative,and the smell of garlic at lunchtimes was overpowering if you were sat round the pool nearest the dining room! The room was large and airy and more than adequate,but the cleaning left a lot to be desired....clean bed and towels every day,but dusting left apart from a couple of days! but then most of the seating areas outside were very dusty and dirty,and any sunbeds that were not being used round the pool were covered in dust. Sorry to be so negative,think the hotel could be great,just needs someone to give it a shake up.....just dont change the staff,except maybe the management who should be looking out for all those problems!!
