“What a good holiday”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 3 February 2012

We stopped here in October last year, when we arrived we were made to feel very welcome and it never stopped, any problems were sorted out immediately we could not fault the staff at all. Its ok coming home and writing bad reviews tell someone while your there and it will be sorted, no holiday is perfect. The rooms are very nice but there is a smell in the bathrooms and its because they are wet rooms and they have a drain in the corner with no traps in so if you put a wet towel over it and there is no shortage of towels no smell. The pool area is very nice and attendants fantastic, all inclusive drinks at this hotel start at 10am and finish at 10pm and if the Russians drink everything before this time then you have to pay for it. Bus to the beach is good but you can walk it faster, beach area is ok and if you like water sports, glass bottom boats etc you couldn't be in a better place for it.When you step out of the holtel you will meet the taxi drivers that beep the horns hoping for some trade but if you just say no thanks they just drive off, then you get the shop owners walking along chatting asking where you from and is it your first time here, tell them you come here very often and when they ask where you from don't say Manchester, London, Liverpool they all got relations there think of somewhere in Ireland that they have never heard of and they are stuck for words and very embarrassed, treat it as a game have a laugh and you wont go wrong. Food in this hotel is the only thing that lets it down, they only cater for Russians, if its a BBQ night then you can eat it but apart from that forget it, as the week went we talking to lots of Brits there who had been to lots of other hotels in sharm they all said its a little hit and miss the food. If you asked me would we go back to the same hotel then i would say yes other than the food we had a fantastic time. By the way booked another holiday for May in Sharm we are going to try another hotel and see or ourselves if it is hit and miss LOOK OT NAAMA BAY HERE WE COME.

“noria resort hotel”

we have just returned from a four week stay at the Noria Resort and our experience was that it was clean well run and the staff , whether in the restaurant, the bar , round the pools, room cleaners were universally friendly, helpfull and hard-working and couldn't do enough to make your stay enjoyable. The food was good and varied and even improved during our stay. the bar served what we wanted tea, coffee or alcoholic drinks in glasses or cups as appropriate.we were on all-inclusive.Other adverse comments currently written about this hotel seem to us to be both crass and .malcious.

The Hotel is Need of Mass Repairs and Maintenance, Under Staffed, Slow internet , Sleep Quality is Very BAD , unmistakably not a 5 or 4 Star Resort . Very Difficult to get service . Food is very poor quality and choices .

This is NOT a Luxury or a Practical Resort . The Shower Water Can Suddenly Go Freezing Cold from Steamy Hot .

Quality is a Vertue not Present in This Resort

The Staff is Very Helpful , Not Fully Trained .

“Plenty of local pharmacies”
2 of 5 stars Reviewed 17 January 2012
1
person found this review helpful

The rooms were spotless, the bar staff at the at the pools were friendly and efficient, the so called private beach was like being packed in a can of sardines and the toilet at the beach complex would make you puke. We were on an all inclusive basis but you still had to pay for drinks on the beach ??
As for the Canteen, (No point in referring to it as a resturaunt) the food is inedible, the standards of hygene are atrocious, the chef, Hammad is like something from Faulty Towers and the management are incapable of reacting to any negative comments from the inmates.
If you do intend to visit this establishment I would advise you make contact with a local pharmacy and purchase an intestinal antiseptic because as sure as there is s**t in a donkey you WILL require it. By the way you are guarenteed to lose a few pounds in weight.
The local spirits all taste like petrol. If you are British give this place a wide berth, let the Russians and Itialians have it.
Hope this is of help to you in deciding if is the place for you

Room Tip: All rooms have a decent view
