my partner and i had a lovely stay here. the staff are really nice and very funny and always happy to help. entertainment crew are great fun. two lovely pools one that is a sun trap good for tanning. rooms are basic no hairdryer in them but nice and comfortable. you can book trips like quad biking and diving and stuff like that with a rep that visits. very fun stuff that you can do such a beautiful place really is. i cant say enough how good the staff was just made it very comfortable for us to stay,

my friend and i have just had another great holiday at the falcon hills..we have stayed at this hotel many many times and we must say that the week we have just had was one of our best holidays yet..the service we recieved was second to none as the staff remembered us from previous visits and couldnt do enough to make our stay as enjoyable as possible..the hotel itself is small-friendly and exceptionally clean the rooms are spacious and cleaned daily with fresh towels..since our return we had noticed a change in the food with alot more choice, and as much water during the day and VODKAS on an evening that you handle!!! each visit to this hotel gets better and better we have stayed in 5* hotels in Egypt and have never recieved the hospitality that we get at the falcon..we must also say a big THANKYOU to Ayman-the hotel manager who gave us a bottle of vodka as a welcome back (greatly appreciated) and many thanks to Osama-restaurant Kareem-restaurant Ayman-pool and Tamer-housekeeper for making our holiday a truly great one..and many thanks to all oyher staff who are truly wonderful people and we will see them all again in May when we will be returning..

This was our second visit to Falcon Hills in 9 months and again we had a fantastic time. The staff in particular are great and make you feel very welcome. The food is good but we went half board this time as the buffet can get very tiredsome and there are great local place to eat for about 90LSE per meal.We love this hotel so much we have booked again for 3 months time.

We have just returned from 2 weeks stay at the Falcon Hills Hotel in sharm. This was our 3rd visit to this particular hotel and overall we still feel it is a good choice for value. On our arrival we were greeted by reception who were very friendly and helpful explaining all about what the hotel offered. We were shown to our room which was very clean and spacious. A lot of the waiters were still there from our previous visits and was surprised that none of them recognised us as in the previous year they had. The waiter service at meal times was not quite as good as previously as more often than not we had to get our own drinks until we tipped one of them . The hotel is spotlessly clean and their facilities are excellant. There are two pools one of which is heated. Plenty of sunloungers around both pools and always some available. The only let down this time was the food. The choice was still very good always fish, chicken or beef at each meal. The only thing we found was the food was kept quite cool for our taste, infact quite often it was cold. Even with this I still think it is a good value for money hotel and it has a good location.There are plenty of shops and if you do not fancy a trip to Naama Bay there is the El Mercato centre 15 min walk away or the hotel taxi 40 egyptian pound round trip. This equates to at present about £5.
