Just returned from the Jaz Mirabel and was delighted as usual. Hotel clean, comfortable as usual. Good room with fruit and welcome letter to welcome us. Room always kept clean by room boy who was polite and very unobtrusive.
Staff remeber you when you return even down to the drinks you like!
Now a restaurant which is adults only and Thomson has a lounge for adults only and now gives you 2 vouchers per week which allow visits to the a la carte restaurants as part of your all inclusive package! the food in these restaurants is very good.
Some parts of the hotel are beginning to looka little "tired" but they are redecorating.
It will be good good when the pier at the hotel is completed but all in all a good holiday.

I stayed at this hotel in January with a friend. The hotel was absolutely gorgeous. The staff are so friendly and can't do enough for you. The rooms are spacious and immaculate. The beds are so comfortable.
There were 2 pools which also have heated sections. You definitely need the heated ones in January. The food was fantastic. Lots of variety and excellent quality. I would definitely recommend the hotel and would return in the future.

clean and tidy rooms were really spatious the bed was so comfortable slept like a log
we would love to go back staff were really lovely and could not do enough for us the food was faboulous and the grounds were emaculate the best hotel we have ever been to our pontoon was closed off but we cought a taxi to sharks bay and snorkled there they are a few places to eat there and if you need a meal outside of the hotel the three crowns is only
about a ten minute taxi ride away or you can walk there food is fab unfortunately the reps did not tell us any of this we found out by talking to other people even the local people told us this hotel one one of the best hotels
