Stayed 22nd Jan for 7 Days
This was my first visit to Sunrise Island View and also my 1st ever Review but this Hotel merits it.
My friend had been trying to get me here for the past 2 years. This year i finally made it. I now know why he tried to get me here. I booked as a couple but joined other friends who came with us and friends, who were already there, so total party of 7.
The Hotel is great; on arrival my luggage was put onto a Van and taken to my Room, no humping cases to check-in, then to the room. Check-in itself was effortless.
The Room was Functional, Clean and tidy. There was a selection of Toiletries to use. Free Safe, TV, Bowl of Fruit etc.
The Food was Lovely; I am a Veggie so obviously it can be hard to find suitable food but not here. There was a wide selection to suit all tastes which changed every night. Of course my Fav’s were Pizza and Pasta which were freshly made to Order.
Drinks were good, no problems at all with local spirits or wine.
What made this Hotel really special was the Staff. You could say we were treated like True Friends by all. Even on Passing the Pizza Bar “Pizza Mohammed” would shout over to me for a chat, so friendly.
Restaurant Service was 1st Class, “Waiter Mohammed” tended to our every need.
Pool Staff and Animation Team were also very friendly and would always stop and chat.
The Grounds of the hotel were lovely, great Beach, 4 Pools 1 which is heated and hosts most of the day’s activities. There is even a couple of Waterslides for Kids & Big Kids.
I also have to mention the Customer service Dept, Rachel and Wendy who always asked if everything was ok and if we had any problems.
On a final note, the day before leaving if you put your washing in the Laundry Bag in your Room, call the Number on the sheet, your clothes are washed and ironed and returned the day after, all for 9 Euros ( Other Currency accepted) Well Worth it.
Wish i could have stopped longer
I am already planning my return for a 2nd visit in June (Hopefully) and will definitely be back Jan/Feb next year.

Went last January with my partner & this year with family,and had a lovely holiday in this fantastic hotel. All the staff are helpfull and always cheerful nothing is to much trouble. The only trouble the staff seem to have is the Russian holiday makers who dont seem to be able to wait in turn and dont know how to say please and thank you.
Always something to eat even if you are fussy.. And no tummy problems!! Mohammed who looked after us all for our 10 day break did a very good job "more tea Vicar" hotel very clean and rooms are cleaned every day.. clean towels and bedding. Soho Square 5 min walk away which is a lovely place to go at night with no hassle your left to look and take your time if you want to buy anything always good fun though trying to get the BEST PRICE!! Did Naama bay but as usual we got stopped every 2 steps to BUY!! so if thats not for you stay around Soho Square! Going in May with 2 friends and I have already picked our room thats how nice they are on Reception Kazeem and co.Looking forward to seeing them all again.

We have just returned home from our holiday at sunrise island view resort, sharm el sheik. and it was such a lovely holiday, we are already planning on going back in september.. staff are so friendly an hotel is lovely, tracey, rachel and wendy are lovely any problems u have are sorted out straight away with these three!... rooms are abit dated, but for how offen u spend in the room i would not mark this hotel down on this, it had 4 pools, althou one was being refurbished when we are there.. we spent alot of our time around the heated pool, as i dont like i freezing cold pool i loved this... there was also entertainment around the pool which was great... animation team wer so friendly, and get u up playing darts and table tennis! especially stacey she was lovely!. the hotel is right on the door step of the famous soho square, which is wonderful to see of an evening, with its dancing waterfalls etc. food at the hotel was excellent, we had somebody with us thats rather fussy, and he even managed to find something!! and the staff cant do enough for u!! the beach was lovely 2 long jettys that u walk along because of the coral, and the fish that u saw at the end where really nice!! everybody is moaning about the steps down to the beach,, theres nothing round with these, there not steep, and thers about 30steps not 1million! bar staff where also great... they werent shy with the alcohol either, winnner!... one thing that i thought was good, was the hotel manager is always wandering about and wants a chat with anybody, always askin if everything is ok with ur stay! brill!....
i wouldnt say anything was wrong wit this holiday and its not jus the weather and the fantastic complex thats making us return in sept, but the lovely staff too!! definatly recommend!

Once again, we had a fantastic holiday at the Sunrise Island View. The service was as always of the highest calibre, so thank you to all involved.
We would like to personally thank Mohamed Ahmed Abdellah, who is the best chef we have ever met! We would also like to personally thank Mohamed Refaat for his excellent customer service and care. The animation team was also incredible, many thanks!
The hotel was beautifully clean, and all staff are beyond helpful. I only wish my own children were as helpful!
We will be returning for the twelth visit to the hotel in July, and this time will be taking the entire family with us. We are counting down the days to seeing all friends again, and look forward to booking lucky number 13 visit.
