First time in eygpt. Should have booked a transfer to the hotel as it was alot of hassle getting a cab, bit of a rip off. The hotel was nice and many of the staff very friendly especially in the resturant. The chef made us some biscuits to bring home with us which was a lovely surprise. The food was good, clean sheets and towels everyday. Every night and morning they would spray insect repellent around the complex which was good no bites all holiday. The only thing which we didnt like is that outside the hotel there is a few shops which the men do keep on about going into there shops and taxis stopping us every 5 minutes. On the whole a very relaxing holiday

had 10 days all inclusive at mexicana sharm resort november 2011.
i can honestly say the staff really cannot do enough for you.
From the moment you check in to when unfortunately you have to check out, you are well looked after.
Hani and his staff are excellent.
Hani (the owner) seems to be everywhere you go and he`s there before you, making sure everything is in order.
Arafa is always on hand ( known as the yo yo man) he will organise the most romantic evening beach meal for you. well worth doing.
Ashraf will attend to all your drinking needs at the pool bar and has a speciality of fresh mint tea (just ask).
Mohamad in the restaurant is like an egyptian version of the bar tender in the sitcom benidorm, he`s well funny.
the food is excellently prepared and well lush.
bbq at restaurant area is cushty, but personally i would eat it in the restaurant because stray cats will wander around outside.
get to the upstairs bar for the karaoke, have a few all inclusive drinks first & try to get the yo yo man to start it off!!
a must while you are there is to go and swim with the dolphins, which you can arrange with the resident excursion man (romany) or your rep.

14 days from jan. 3rd. 2011. We were very pleased with our spacious room, the food, the very beautifull surroundings in the hotel (lots of flowers), the cleanlyness and the waiters in the main restaurant.

But the waiters in the poolbars were to lazy and the drinks (exept the beer and wine) were not good. No workable Internet (if you did not have your own laptop).

But all in all - to the price we will be pleased to come back.

have just returned , we arrived new years eve, to be invited to the gala dinner, we were alinclusive but had to pay for drinks that evening, our apartment was great, a living roon, kitchen, bedroom and bathroom, and very clean, hotel food was ok, drinks were not good, wine and beer about the best, no entertainment, and very very quiet, bus runs to beach at 11am, and 11,30, back at 1.45 and 16.30, didnt like the beach very dirty, if your looking for a very quiet holiday, this is the place, and bater with the taxi men for narma bay, we managed to get taxi for 10 eygption pound, hope this helps a little.
