Just returned from a weeks holiday staying at the Jasmine Club and had a fantastic time....The hotel was better than expected. The rooms were clean and spacious, the only disappointment i had with the room was the poor quality of the hairdryer so i would advise on taking your own. The food was plentiful but repetitive. The pools were nice except the kiddies pool which was unmaintained, although it didnt matter as the pools were far too cold to use at this time of year. The only other downside to the hotel was that there was no Play area for kids as stated on the Thomson website. All in all this hotel is good value.

I cannot rate this hotel highly enough. After reading some of the reviews in here we we more than sceptical but found everything to be more than we expected!

We were expecting it to be in similar status to Spain or Greece but how we were surprised!

From the greeting when we arrived, with drinks being brought to us we realised that the reviews here were being very picky. The staff all had a good grasp of English and by the end of the holiday were even mimicking our accents when speaking to us! Bless 'em!!

No one pressured us into giving tips, to the point we had to call the bell boy back to tip him. Not sure where the staff no harass you for tips were?????

The restaurants were amazing! I'll agree the food was a little samey but was of high quality and all freshly prepared. We used both restaurants, Abdo in the Jasmine restaurant was amazing, first class service and the guy should seriously be manager of the restaurant.

Drinks were also great. We had waiters and barstaff bringing us a constant flow of drinks, and even trying out new cocktails on us! Very very welcome :-)

The apartment was out of this world, a poolside view and amazingly clean! The housekeeper was very pleasant and amazingly good at his job!

It was my gf's birthday while we were there and we had a birthday cake delivered from the restaurant for her!! She was very touched!

The beach was also very good. Very clean, very well kept and absolutely beautiful!!

Out travel rep, Walid made sure we were kept up to date with everything and having him constantly at hand was very helpful.

We'd definitely come back here again! Really can't rate this hotel highly enough!!

The staff is not qualified at all. Food is too bad - It should not exceed 3 stars on my point of view.
