One word sums up this hotel:- CRAP!!!!! Arrived hogmany for a two week holiday, finally got moved with four other british parties on 3rd Jan. This is not a 5star hotel, it does not even rate 3 star. Unhelpful staff, no facilities available as stated and All Inclusive drinks only available in a plastic cup from a pool bar outside!! Any drinks from the bars inside the hotel must be paid for!! The previous reports were obviously written about a different hotel.

Was a brilliant hotel, I loved it and the pool was just right to relax and mess around in. Cocktails and service was excellent. my only issue was when fell ill after eating something in the bar food area. eep. I intend on going back though!! heh. And I shared a room with my sister and everyday they made us funky things out of the towels. air con was pretty damn fgood too. i really loved the rooms!!

I went with my family last christmas and stayed 10 days in the star hotel. Me (17) and my sister (13) and my brother (10) thought it was the best holiday we had been on, There was always somthing to do for us! Theres a bowling alley, billiards (pool) and snoker, we all really enjoyed it and i would recomened it to anyone! All the staff where really freindly and welcoming, and catered for our every need! we are going back at the end of this year and i cant wait!
The nearest shops to the hotel are a five minute walk but there isnt alot there, to go to the better shops you need to travel (get in a taxi) it only bout a 15 minute ride but its worth it!
To anyone that is thinkin about going dont hestitate, just book!
It really is a 5* holiday when ever you decide to go!

Stayed here last october 2004. Not a posh hotel but the service was 5 star. The hotel is basic and serves the needs of anyone just wanting a break. The breakfast and food in this hotel was as good as any of the AI hotels and far cheaper. Rooms are basic but they are ample iof you just want a room to showerr and sleep in. They are spotlessly clean and fresh towels / linen everyday.

The pool is small but again does the job. Situated away from the main area and on the opposite side of the road to the big main hotels...thank god. A short walk through the Grays Inn hotel and you are on the prom. We used Delta Sharm beach EVERY day and the snorkelling was as good as anywhere. The beach resturant on Delta Sharm beach was awesome.Lunch couldnt come quick enought each day. 25LE gets a sunbed, and clean towel. Waiter service for drinks is available.
