Its have an excellent animation team and food and service its is so clean and friendly people who works there special thanks to ( KAKA and TITO fand rest of the crew)the best animation team in the world

Officially it is a five star hotel, but it wouldn´t under normal circumstances be able to get more than three stars. The hotel has quality rooms, a perfect location to the sea and a coral reef that is nice but nothing more. It has officially wi-fi all over the hotel, but the fact is, that the hotels wi-fi is slow and limited to certain areas. It has officially five restaurant but none of them can live up to five stars. It has a nice staff, but only a few is actually trained to serve in a five star hotel. it is quite different from other Radisson Hotels I have been living in. It is nice and because of the situation in Egypt priceworthy. But the standard is a charterhotel with russian and arab tourists and some from european countries.
the italian restaurant on the hotel doesn't know what italian food is about. Their Pizzas are ok and some of the spaghetti dishes also ok. The wine-list is limited to one very sour wind and one very sweet. That goes for all the other restaurants. Their pool area is fantastic and the gardening is exellent. The only restaurant worth eating in is Trade Winds at the beach. Try their bisque. It is delicious.

This was my first trip to Egypt and as for my first visit with Sharm El Sheikh I couldn't get better. Great hotel, service, which makes the atmosphere in the hotel's superiority. Although I was only a week and we never, that not more. The hotel staff are very friendly, sunny and helpful in every issue.I'd like to thank everyone for a wonderful atmosphere.Thanks them I'm spent a wonderful moments.With pleasure I will recommend this hotel to friends.I hope quickly there return:)))

We are very pleasent with our stay at this hotel.
Nice and friendly people who works there, and we will send our special thanks to Ramadan and rest of the crew. They invited us to celebrate one of the crewmembers. This happening gave us a fun experience.
The rooms are spacious and clean, and because of the possibility to have a warm room we could spend nice evenings in the room.
