We had a great stay (our second) at this hotel. I would rate it four stars. There are small variations from what you would expect at a Hilton in Western Europe or in the US, but than again, this is the Middle East and not Brighton... We had a very comfortable two bedroom/one living room suite in the "Villas" section (about five minutes walk from the reception/restaurant area). Just outside is a good sized heated pool (not all pools are heated) with a swim-up bar. We opted for the all inclusive option, which I think was good value for money. Don't expect to be served steaks and whole grilled fish. It's mostly arab inspired dishes, but almost always you can get nice chunks of grilled chicken. I particularly liked the arab style starters and salads. (And no, we did not get any bowel related problems on any of our two stays). One suggestion would be to have more western style dishes for kids as they are, at least in our case, less inclined to try stuff that differs too much from what they are used to. The beach at the five star Hilton across the road is great. Food and drinks there are not included but can be charged to the room. I would recommend guests not only at this hotel but in Egypt in general, to set aside about USD 10 per day for giving small tips to just about everyone, from bartenders to the guy with the towels at the pool. Its the local custom and things will run smoother and you will have a better experience. You can think what you want about this custom, but that's the way it is...

Arrived home last night from the hotel. My friend had a nasty fall and cut his eye badly and they couldn't do enough for him. The care and attention they gave him was excellent. The cleanliness is second to none, rooms good and we loved the whole garden areas. Hoppe to go back sometime in the future.

the hotel was very clean the food was awful we ended up eating out and if u like the beach which we did this hotel does not hav a beach its shares one with a sister hotel acorss the moterway which does not have allinclusive so all in all we only really had room only when you buy a drink on the beach it has 12% service and 10% tax so we spent a lot of money the staff are very nice but i think there should be tokens to use on the beach for drinks and food it ended up being a very expensive holiday for us we paid for allinclusive and ended up with room only and dont go in big budda its £10 for a bottle of magners i wont be treturning here again

if you are looking for a clean and maintained hotel here it is. we have just spent a week here 30/1/12 to the 6/2/12 and i am glad to say i am hoping to returgood resturantn in a couple of weeks.
This is one of the cleanest hotels i have been too, also i would like to mention securitiy twice i had staff approach me once in my room i had left door open a little bit and there was a knock on the door to make sure i was in and not left door open i think this is very good nice to think if had left it open then it could have saved a lot of heartache.Rooms are to a good standard and are kept very clean at all times very comfortable with all you need even a mini bar with free bottled water. plenty of pool space lots of beds you can go wrong,Also you will find good resturants good service what more do you need

We have just returned from a weeks stay at the Hilton dreams and had to write to tell everyone of the fantastic time and unbelievable service we were given from management team downwards
we were given a double bedded room on arrival even though we booked a twin the bed was enormous but recovering from foot surgery I was afraid my husbands foot might find my very painful one in his sleep so asked if we could have atwin.
this was quickly dealy with and very apologetic for the error however 2 days later we had to report a very minr fault with the hot water and management felt we had been inconvenienced enough and upgraded us to a beautiful suite overlooking the pools.
You dont just see the managers when you have a problem they make it part of their job to go walkabout mingling with their customers making small talk and asking how they can improve anything to make their stay any more enjoyable
The grounds are amazing the constant cleaning of the entire resort is impressive to say the least and the other staff management we found to really enjoy serving you from start to finish
the only one downside which i have mentioned to the management is that being a 5* people should not be allowed to enter the restaurant in the evenings wearing shorts and scruffy t.shirts because the main restaurant "Le Jardin"is themed in a way to suggest out door eating it is clearly not ouside and needs to be clarified either change the theme by getting more dining room type chairs rather than metal backed type which suggests a casual cafe ambience. the food on the whole was fresh well cooked but lacking a bit on shellfish or pork but overall nothing to complain about
If you want to be treated like very important guests looked after to a level over and beyond the call of duty go to this hotel you wont be disappointed

Room Tip: If you want a good view of heated pool then the villas no 800`s are the ones to have a large heated...
