Great service from the minute the hotel bus picked us up to the minute we left. All the staff were excellent and worked very hard. We stayed in a family room which are very big and include tv with disney channel for the kids, tea and coffee making facilities, toiletries and comfortable big beds. The food was fantastic with plenty of options to choose from, the Italian resteraunt (Casa Mia) was great too but book well in advance to avoid dissapointment. The animation team were great with the kids with loads of activities to choose from, there is also a quiet heated pool if you want peace and quiet. The kids club is on every morning and afternoon for kids between 4 and 12, the russian girl that runs it is great.You will get staff asking if you want spa treatments and excursions when sat around the pools but a polite no thanks will suffice if your not interested. We went on the glass bottom boat which was great but be aware that you will have to go on a speed boat to get to the main boat so not for the faint hearted. My husband and 12 year old daughter went on the quad bike trip and enjoyed this too. I had the coconut scrub while my husband had the massage and both treatments were excellent. I cannot recommend this hotel enough - will be going back next year, thankyou to all the staff at Sultan Gardens

Everything about this hotel is excellent. Staff could not do enough for you. Animation team very good,even the guy who got the sun bed for you and your towels ..helped in every way possible.
Bed changed every day with clean towels. Food excellent, could even get a poached egg!
My son and daughter inlaw have not stopped talking about this hotel since we came back two weeks ago. MY grandson just wants to go back he was mad to feel so welcome especially by the animatin team.

the hotel staff was amaizng the animation team got everyone invloved aswell as arranging event for quests to go out of the hotel in day at night never got bored lots of things to do food was good for a week pasta was out of this world went on a trip to the island was amazing saw a sting ray had a fantastic time wouldnt hesitate on going back if i had the chance

Just returned from two weeks at Sultan Gardens. Cannot fault this Resort in any way. The accommodation, food, cleanliness all excellent. What stands out the most for us was the excellent staff, from the cleaners through to the Management all worked tirelessly to make sure your holiday was a good one, nothing was too much trouble for them. The owner, Basel, took time to come to speak to people round the pool - something I have never experienced before - and one that was appreciated by all who spoke to him. We booked this holiday after reading all the good reviews and can say we were not disappointed. Many of the people there were repeat visitors and this is a Hotel that we will definitely return to.
