This hotel is a great value location for travelers who have to travel to the NYC/NJ area and do not want to spend horrendous amounts of money. From the outside the hotel does not look like much and the location is on Route 1, a very busy street. Note that the Google Map location for this hotel is incorrect and shows it at the junction of 1 and 9 but it is actually further south, opposite a large car dealership. Rooms are spacious and clean. Lobby is also nice and staff very helpful. Neighborhood is typical New Jersey with a mix of businesses, retail etc. Metropark is 15 minute drive from the hotel and ideal to take NJ Transit into NY City.

We chose this hotel for it's proximity to Port Liberty cruise port. We arrived a day early for our cruise. The hotel is located 15 minutes from the cruise port. There are plenty of restaurants nearby and it is located about 20 minutes from downtown Manhattan. The train station was just down the road. The hotel was very clean and the staff very helpful. Security is not a problem the parking lot was well lit. They have a excellent breakfast with many choices. The price was definitely right for the hotel location.

I have stayed here several times over the past three years on business. As always, I am pleased with the place. Top on my list is that it is quiet at night. The rooms are clean and comfortable. They offer both wired and wireless Internet, which is a plus. The breakfast is weak, but they do have a bar open in the evening. The staff is always pleasant and the computers in the business center have been updated. It is very convenient to the Newark Airport and they offer 24hr shuttle service. I will stay again.

We chose this hotel because we wanted to be close to New York and also have parking. Hotels around Newark Airport had $25 - $30 parking fees. At Woodbridge parking was free and the rooms were much cheaper. The location is about another 16 miles from New York than Newark but is an easy drive into the city via the tunnel. The room had a comfortable king size bed and a lounge area with a lounge/pull out bed, microwave and fridge. Breakfast is included in the rates. There is nothing flash about the hotel but for cleanliness, comfort and price you would be hard pressed to find better only 25 miles from New York.
