We arrived in the hotel, didnot waiting for a long time to gt th room. Hotel service is good, all the staff friendly. Food is tasty. Rooms are in good condition, cleaned every day. Every evening, interesting shows, competitions, in the general program of great animators. As for the territoryitis not so bigbut very nice and green. Everything is near by: beach is good, swimming poolsforchildren and adults, good service. There is a good guest relation team always helpful, good all management team. thanks you for all you did for us

This was my ninth time I was resting in this hotel with my friend. Meal and cleaning was good, like always. My friend has a birthday during trip - hotel made a present for her. Thanks to animation team - Tarek, Irina, Diljara - you are best! We love you =) We will come back sure, because service in this hotel is very good.

The place is run down, and the staff were not very helpful at all with most dealing. The beach fills up from 7am with pei\ople from the other 2 Empire hotels close by, and is packed for most of the day. I was about the only English speaking customer I saw, with most being Russians making the most of all the free stuff. It was not very relaxing. Luckily I found a good coffee shop up the street [with free wifi - LE70 a day at the hotel].
