My honeymoon was there for 5 nights. it is really an excellent place for honeymooners.Service was excellent. Food was very good and had much varieties. Good Sea view. My only concern was the room design.it needs to be improved and decorated. Overall it worth visiting.

Five star? I dont think so, more like three star plus. Over all a very clean hotel but dated. Most waiters were very helpful and curtious some just wanted to date my daughter!! House cleaning excellent, rooms are large with a nice balcony BUT THE BEDS ARE HARD!!!!. I'm talking ROCK HARD.
The food was very good, a different theme everyday, the Italian restaurant was very good, the chefs were excellent. Alcoholic drinks were ok but just notice how they only quickly swill the used glasses under the tap??? Dodgy if you suffer with the old Tum! The bar staff are not too friendly, its as though its a chore to serve you.
This hotel caters mainly for the Russians and Germans so its sometimes a fight to get to the food at meal times, there is always plenty to go round but they seem to think differently, they tend to take the whole cake and not just a slice, strange people! Snacks available all day. Evening Entertainment? Take a book or watch the Telly! Swimming pools are nice and clean, one sea water two fresh water, one of which is heated. The surrounding pool areas could do with a refurb, loose tiles and broken bits of stone in places, a bit sore underfoot sometimes. Sunbeds, plenty of them and pool attendants very helpful.
Gardens are kept nice and clean, but the beach is a disappointment, very hard compacted sand, while we were there the shoreline and the sea was covered with jelly fish, not many people seemed to want to go into the water! There has been a fairly strong wind off the sea so probably the cause of the jelly fish being washed up on the beach.
There are nice walks around the complex and resort areas, you can even hire a bike for free, or even hire a Horse or Camel (no gears, fully automatic).
All in all, a very nice resort, but a week is long enough, I don’t think we would go again. If it wasn’t for the excellent diving in the Red sea I would find it a very boring holiday. Each to their own!

The hotel was nice clean also staff is very good, they are trying to do their best also food and animation was good to average
I agree with the guy who said that it is geared towards Russian, i think it will be based on their main correspondents across countries, they will be mainly located in Russia, yet i found ZERO issues with anybody
I have3 comments comparing this visit with the last year
There is clear cost saving trends across the hotel especially in food, many items could be reprocessed between meals. Also you may have max one meal daily which you may not like by the way most of the sea food served was very bad
my second comment is some of the waiters was very stressed, I don’t mean that they are rude yet they don’t give the real hospitality especially if they feel that the guest will not understand them, may be this is because they work while fasting "In Holly Ramadan” and working for long hours and hot temperature, you can easily observe same people serving may places at different shifts
the 3rd comment is related to animation activities was a bit boring, kids animation was almost Zero, i believe there is a problem in their headcount, creativity or will

I stayed in this hotel in the big company. With the aunt and to friends of the family. I liked this hotel. Very good and convenient beach, normal pools.but i didn ` t like the staff.they don ` t speak in English, therefore it was difficult to explain to them that or. The meal was original however as well as in all Egypt.i liked the rise. At them it is some kinds of this rice: brown, white and yellow. Rooms daily well cleaned. Near to a beach there was a beautiful coral reef. There many fine and different fishes. As it is possible to hire to a pedal boat or a canoe what to drive, therefore we almost took every day a pedal boat and reached to coral island that the next time to admire these fine fishes. Still we went for a drive on bicycles as them it is possible to take absolutely free from hotel. It is very convenient. I consider it good hotel.
