Just returned after 2 weeks, nothing to complain about. Everything is top notch, food, staff, accomodation, beach. 4 superb a la carte restaurants to chose from, and all in the A.I. package. No restrictions on food or drink. One problem regarding visiting Egyptian families which was very swiftly resolved by the excellent managment team. Just have to mention Hassan, Siv, Mohamed, and Mena. Their humourous personalities were a breath of fresh air. Cannot wait to return, may be to a Junior suite next time!! Room 1423.

Just returned having spent two weeks (27/01/12 through 10/02/12) at this first class establishment. The entire staff, facilities, cuisine and accomodation are excellent. If you are cultured and appreciate the finer things in life then go and enjoy. My wife and I will returning, wonderful holiday!!

I stayed here in 2006, as it has changed name my original review has been removed! A quick run down from my memory.......
Gorgeous clean hotel, lovely staff, brilliant kids club (mark Warner at the time) stunning beach, good food, fabulous panoramic suite!

Just back from our holiday to Palm Royale Soma Bay, this was without a doubt the best time we spent in Hurghada. All was absolutely faultless, staff, food, drink, service, cleanliness, etc….EVERYTHING.
Every one of the staff we met welcomed us like we the most important guests in Egypt…they made us fell we are unique. Real princes and princesses.
Thank you for those magic moments. So sorry the vacation had to end. We’ll be back soon.
Go there you will not be disappointed.
