It was my first vacation in 4 years and I mean a real vacation...
The sun, the good service and the smiling people/staff. I can tell that the dangerous things are the tourists. :) NOT Russians, how you might think, but the Turks...
However on the forth day my hotel running experience began to stand out. One real point for hotel administration to notice is that at the lobby bar by coffe and tea table SHALL be some napkins. I mentioned this to a restaurant adminisration?, but the answer was, that I shall ask at the bar. ( the bar was out of napkins) I could notice some other guests, who spelled coffe/tea/milk on the floor and was looking for a napkins... After I mentioned this another time, I got napkins at my table, but not at the bar desk. I hope they got the napkins at the lobby bar...
I was a bit of afraid of traveling to this hotel alone, but my husband told me that I shall give it a try and that my character, especially with the growing hotel experience, shall not turn out for a too bad experience. I took my mom with me...
First we got room (219) with some not working lights and running water at the toilet. We went to the administration, and I explained the problem about the light, then the administrator showed me the key, what I shall use to get light to use, I explained to him that I tried that and I know how to use this, but the running water in the toiler could not be fixed with this door card. After that administrator advised to check out the room 141, the porter turned on all the light and "SNAPPED" one to get this to work... the water at the toilet was not running, the view from the room was great.
One thing, fot hotel to thing about is that people at the reception could speak better English, as it was quite hard to explain and some girls at the bar could speak better English than at the reception. When I have a trouble, I will not turn to the bar...
The chief was great - on his recommendation I had the best chicken I ever tasted. Really the best compliments to the chief, on his recommendation I could taste the good pasta and pizza, as mentioned the best checken in my life. Well... when the chief was not around... the pizza was undercooked. (Only one not that good point to the kitchen)
The room cleaning was great and the towel sculptures was really beautiful. I can tell, that the service made my vacation, and the animation team was really good and funny.
The good point to the hotel is that the taking surveys, not everyone do that. And they really care about those, after I mentioned some points, I was expecting, I got those. This hotel has a really good potentional to become a 5*.
I hope that hotel administration will read this review and make some notes. I can certainly reccomend this this hotel, as a strong 4* and I really wish the hotel a experience growth.

Everybody can find here what he want. Very friendly staff, beautifull wide two beaches, great animation team, several pools including warming and so on. Who want enjoy night Hurghada let's go, hotel is in the center.
I was in Sae Gull with my wife and enjoy our vacation very much. We know here many friends.

Just returned back from a quite and nice holiday in Seagull Resort.
Hotel is almost 10 mn far from the airport (for taxi you can pay from 20-25LE)
It is not bad if you are looking for a relaxation based on normal standard quality of service and food. but if you are trouble makers or looking for something deluxe, please dont go to make your life easy...

Have stayed in room 241 from 18-21/10/2011 and i was in single because i was looking for a quite place which no one know me. because i am a senior manager in one from the big hospitality companies, so i have a lot of friends everywhere..

Before going to this hotel, i went throught the below reviews which was terrible but actually i went and got the risk. Resception staff were very helpfull with me and they provided me with a good room nearest to everything (lobby, beach, pool, etc...). but i would like to highlight that the hotel website is very poor and have a lack of more update informations such as:
The hotel can be very comfortable for families as they have a nice aqua park (free of charge) and also a kids playground and a mini zoo!!! in addition their beach is not bad at all, it is nice and full of East European bikinis which was very nice for me..

The dangerous thing is the quality of clients that they have are very terrible specially when they are having dinner. because in the breakfast not all people enter in the same time, and the same for the lunch. but the lunch time ends at 15:00pm so the clients are waiting until the dinner starts at 18:30pm. you can't immagine the restaurant when having almost 800 persons in the same time. and special recommendations: dont ever leave anything on the table when you will not be there such as mobile, cap or anything as very easy they can dissapeared. and by the way the russian clients if they feel hungary they can eat your mobile!!!! you will discover that when you will go.. but i had no problem with that but becarefull as 99% from their clients are not speaking or understanding the english language. yes it is true.

for the single travellers, if you are russian, you will enjoy your trip as in the evening the hotel lobby area is fully of single ladies looking for another partners (with charge). unfortunately they didnt speak english.

But the service in the restaurant was very fast and nice, lobby bar staff & pool bar staff are very nice and polite and always smilling and when you ask them for something, your dream comes true in seconds.. which was excellent..

Location of the hotel is in the middle of everything, so i will not waiste your time on that because it is a plus for the hotel.

Room, was not bad. it was comfortable but need a lot of renovations. forget to inform you that they have some renovated rooms which are very nice but they are looking only on the pool side.
Discotheque also was nice and the dj was playing nice and updated songs.

What i would recommend you to do it when you will be there is:
To clean very well the fruits in the restaurants before eating them.
To not eat salade as they are not cleaned well.
To make sure that the glasses are well cleaned.
this is to ensure that your estomac will not have any problem during your stay.

The hotel have some elevators as it is consists of (i think) 4 levels and you can use very easy the stairs which is very close to the pool but they are very hard!!!

i enjoyed staying there and if i will go again to hurghada i will stay in this hotel if the price will be good.

forget to tell you, their drought beer are very nice and cold and the all inclusive system is available 24 hr which is super...
