I really don't recommend this hotel.I won't ever go there in my life even if it's paid by someone else.The staff was deplorable and really rude.The food was poor and in the hotel website,it is said that it has greek and italian restaurants but i couldn't find none of them.The only good food we could find were the omlettes in the mornings.The sheets are dirty and the bathroom is like after the second world war.Like I said before,the staff was unfriendly and once,we've been really amazed by the way the receptionist came to us and gave us the packages of food we ordered because we were leaving to Cairo.He came with his pants down and he had no hesitation in meeting with us "dressed" like that.In the first days,we didn't have any water,cold or hot,so we didn't wash our teeths or took a shower.

Upon arriving the reception and staff all very nice, but that was. It started at the lift to our room, there was only one working, the sights were broke on the landing so was quite dark even in the day light, could maybe have put up with the room until we saw the bathroom, filthy no plug to the bath, asked several time but never appeared, no english channels on the tv, beds dirty, and woke up the 1st morning with 27 insect bites on my legs which was very painful (like big blisters) asked for nearest pharmacy or something to put on them, was told to go into Hurghada or stick vodka on em. woke up early one morning could'nt get tea or coffee till after 7am, so decided to have a walk around the gardens, there were 7 wild dogs roaming round did'nt go there. The same food was served breakfast, dinner and tea with other variations. The coffee was cold, water was not boiled, ran out of milk most days and given powered, even to put on your cornflakes the one and only morning they was there. The cutlery, plates and cups were dirty and chipped and the free booze was served in plastic cups. We both had bad stomachs from day one, and the best was first morning there was no water, couldnt have a wash or brush our teeth, had to go down to reception with our wash bags and they sent us to the public toilets with a bottle of water to share. The only thing to do was go in the pool, went in once, there was oily stuff floating in it but it was hard lumps god only knows what it was.I am so glad my daughter and two small grandchildren didnt come with us i would have feared for the kids being so poorly. We managed to move after 3 days would have been sooner if our travel operator would have pulled there fingers out, needless to say we are putting in a claim. The only thing i can say good about this hotel was the staff, they tried so hard and were so nice, wished we could have taken them to the second hotel with us.

I just returned with some days ago from a nice trip in Egypt. Our accommodation was at this hotel -Les Rois. I was very pleased with the services I found there, the staff was very very friendly and helpful. The food was a variety of dishes, I especially liked the traditional egyptian food and I tried everything there. I appreciate a lot the desserts and several fruits served. Our room was Ok with a very large balcony and view to the Red Sea and the pool. The cleaning of room was made every day and I have nothing bad to comment about. The entertainment was excellent, with nice shows every night, with competitions, with interesting and special egyptian music and traditional dances. I was very happy there, I spent two wonderful weeks and if I will have the opportunity to return again to Hurghada, I will chose again Les Rois Hotel. I won a lot of friends all over, we enjoyed so much with the time spent there together and fourteen days were too little for the great joy that I experienced it there. On this way I want to thank to the hotel staff who made so enjoiable our staying there.

Really dirty, crappy location, crappy food, maggots in the pool etc etc.

You get what you pay for i guess. I would never stay at this hotel if i knew before where i would end up. Unfortunatley we booked a cheap trip just to get some sun for a week and ended up here.

Only postive thing was the size of the room (huge!) and it had two balconys with seaview.
