Had a very nice stay for 1week 27 Jan.Hotel huge, large main building & villas etc.Requested a ground floor room as taken the break to recover from back operation.This was all arranged prior to our arrival given room 250 brill room overlooking pool. Our room guy was great,looked after us very well.Had a small issue at the pool bar around midday due to the fact that they started serving drinks in small klix type cups.Spoke to pool bar manager Hemdan who very quickly put things right,great guy.Also had dialogue with restaurant manager as felt food was bland and repetitive,he offered to get chefs to cook anything we wanted.A mention for Omar a barman in the al dente resturant,great guy knows a lot about English Football. Stear clear of shops in hotel and just outside they are ripp off merchants and the guy in the HSBC is very rude and unhelful,don't ask for small denomination notes to give as tips you will be told they only give to HSBC customers. I want to give a mention to a guy at the pool who puts towels out for you,his name is Ali my wife loves him.Will be going back around May to take my grandson.British seem to suffer in silence,just talk to the right people it gets put right.

Traveled with two friends and stayed at this property for 3 nights and 4 days. in October 2011 We all reside in Cairo. We had an all-inclusive package. We all found the hotel to be thoroughly enjoyable with many suprise pluses. The check-in, front desk, management, dinning room, diving staff all superb. During this time, the hotel cathered to a largely Russian and Eastern European upscale younger cliente. There were daily free evening shows with good guest turnouts. The snorkeling and diving in the Red Sea is among the best in the world. The food was presented nicely, was tasty, generous and sanitary. Can enthusiastically endorse this hotel to all international travelers. Egyptian hospitality at its best.
