Sonesta is really a very godd plase to relax and have fun. The aparments were nice and clean. The food was good in the buffet an in the other restaurants. But best of all - the people who are working there. They made og holiday perfect for us. Very polite an d friendly people who did everything for us to feel good and we have been very good taken care of. Well be back later :-)

A widely spacious place with a large variety of pools, a large variety of food that is very tastey,many activities including sports activities as soccer , rifle shooting , water polo games and volleyball games at the beach.The only bad thing is that the staff was offensive,but the animation team was friendly.It was a very good trip.

the Hotel is very large in space , many activities , good offers , good prices and packages , its location is not too far from the down town

My firend and I were staying at the hotel in February this year and our stay was quite enjoyable.
The territory is vast enough but it was nice to take a walk as everything seemed well maintained. The food was generally good. We were on half board but that was enough for us as dinners were quite substantial. The service was also fine and helpful.The check-in and check-out procedures were fast and if we happened to inquire about something we always got polite,detailed and accurate answers at the reception. The stuff was friendly, helpful, like i said already, polite and, as compared to Tunisia for instance, not annoying. Though we are from Russia we spoke mainly English to the stuff but didn't find their level of the language awful and frightning))(I'm not a native speaker though =). On the contrary, we were mostly understood and the stuff demostrated sufficient understanding of our English as well. Our room was quite spacious and everything necessary was provided for us there. It was tidied up regularly, quickly and thoroughly enough.
Bearing in mind the price of the tour, which was affordable enough, the hotel's quite good with its helpful stuff, fine rooms and a nice territory.Even though it's not near the city center, there are enough facilities in the hotel area to keep guests busy and entertained, especially if it's a family type of a holiday. Unfortunately our vacation was interrupted by the notorious events taking place in Cairo due to the revolution and my friend was really reluctant to leave early as she enjoyed warm weather, the sea and her stay at Sonesta.
