I have stayed there numerous times. They have a great view to the sea, tennis courts, casino, pool, everything you expect of a 4 star hotel. I recommend it. My opinion the best place in Manta to stay.

I stayed here last weekend and I have stayed here multiple times. It is located in a nice location and in a safer neighborhood in front of the beach with free parking and a complimentary local breakfast buffet. I mostly stay here for work and have found it convenient and the rooms nice, comfortable with AC that always seems to work. I would recommend staying away from the elevators and asking for a room that has a balcony as not all rooms do. The staff are very friendly and are knowledgeable with any questions. I wish they had how to earn airline miles but they do not participate in it unfortunately.

Nice hotel to stay and a great price compared to hotels on the beach in the US. This is considered a 5 star in Manta Ecuador but by standards of the US, I would say a 4. The hotel is for the most part clean. Compared to 6 years ago, the hotel was not as kept up as it use to be. The rooms re comfortable, the showers good use some updating. The food in the hotel is good. Would have been nice to know in advance that the sand area for kids was not going to be available but the access to the beach is great. The hotel is a bit busy in March with locals, so if you are looking for peace and quiet don't go the 2nd week of March, the local kids are out of school. The bartender could be more social and go around and ask for food or drinks whichi never happened, they lost out on money being spent. Hotel has ping pong table which the area could be kept up a bit more. The man selling items outside of the hotel is a great buy and nice stuff. The welcome area when you come in would be nicer if it was kept a bit cooler. I think the staff is use to the warm weather but for visitors it was too warm. They serve a drink when you arrive but it is warm, would have tasted better if it were cold. The pool area is a bit small for as many people that were visiting (locals) but a great area wher it is located because in over looks the ocean. We were able to spot dolphins from the pool. The internet service is very slow but offered for free with your stay.

This hotel is located directly on the Pacific Ocean, but this is not a scenic part of the coast. You can not swim here. The hotel is in need of a facelift. The pool is looking rough, the fitness center had very outdated equipment, the amenities are worn. But the service and staff was excellent. We were staying with a large missions group, and they handled it flawlessly. We ate buffett style, and the food was good. I would encourage to be leary of the salads. They wash the vegetables with unpurified water. The rooms were clean and well taken care of. The bed was a bit hard for my taste, but that is very personalized. I would stay here again. There is a small mini-mart that was expensive but great to have near by.
