Sorry to say that we had an awfully dirty room on the 11th floor of the bay view tower. Upon check-in, we were given the room that was meant for someone in a wheelchair. Not too romantic to have a shower bigger than the bed and a complimentary chair. The staff could have placed us in a different room. The two towels that we had were dirty and only one working light in the bathroom. The staff was not flexible with our needs and frankly disappointing. We always go there...not anymore!

I get a lot of comps and decided to renew one with my partner. Our first time here was great. no waiting, clean room--though the walls were paper thin and there was an "erotic knocking" coming from next door. And the pool is woderful, though I dont care to look at "waitresses" that dont even look of age running around in bikinis at 9am. Unprofessional to me. They did not even care to approach anyone.

So, second time around I made a huge blunder and left my ID. I will say, I am 21 and can be confused as underaged. WITH THAT SAID we live an hour away, and it wouldnt be possible to get it at 9pm and come back. The check-in line was unnecessarily long. We finally got to the lady, and she was indeed very kind about it. I had my total rewards cardof the same name, a debit card, lots of things that proved it was my reservation. She was fine with it and even offered an upgrade for free. No big deals here, because a Total Rewards Card and the info attached implies you are of gambling age.

so the next morning we hit the pool. There was an indian guy there who was acting like he was the *bleep* before I even walked in. I explained my situation and he immediately got hostile. I showed him all my info and he just kept snubbing me, "I need to verify age." I explained, "this is my total rewards card for gambling. this is my room. a comp FOR GAMBLING." He was so rude and kept treating me like I was lying. Like a bouncer at a top notch club. Its a damn pool--it isnt that big of a deal that someone OF AGE left their ID. Needless to say I'm disappointed, as his nasty attitude ruined my opinion of the place.

my daughter and i stayed comp from feb 1-4 the check on line was very long but the line move very fast. we stayed in the marina tower on the 16 floor. room was nice,but a little outdated.the room was clean every day great bed and pillows. will stay again.
