Nothing in 'the brochure' alerts you to what you see on arrival.
A very dodgy Ghetto style area
Hotel is Indian-Asian owned and just about makes do.
Our 2nd night was ruined at 3am by a Drunked-Drugged yob running screaming up & down the corridor hallway. The Night staff WERE AWARE of this but did absolutely nothing about it. In the morning the staff & Manager denied all knowledge of the matter.
UNLESS you are on a real budget and prepared to 'slum it' - AVOID this place.
We would never stay there again, even though it is very close to the Boardwalk

This is not the place for you if your not comfortable with a slummy surrounding or perhaps your just not used to "the hood" If those aspects don't bother you, then this place is fine. Especially if your going to pull and all nighter and maybe get 4-5 hours of sleep. Yeah, maybe you'll see a few crackheads and bums. But umm, newsflash! Your in AC! Anyway, the room is right on the boardwalk with the Resorts, Taj Mahal, and Showboat a short walk away. Didn't mind staying there and I would again if I couldn't get a free room at a casino.

This hotel is the closest thing to a crack house I have ever experienced! It was disgusting. As we got out of the car to check in we were greeted by two very intoxicated men who asked us for money because they were trying to buy a bus ticket and pointed to the station across the street, the lobby was dated and smelled funky, kind of looked like something out of One Flew Over the CooCoos Nest, the rooms were dingy and depressing. Threw back the sheets to inspect the mattress, did not find bed bugs but did find hair (not sure if human or otherwise). Ended up cancelling reservations (as were 2 other guests ahead of us) and staying at the Days Inn on the boardwalk. Lower rate much nicer rooms and ambiance!!

Please be cautious with your personal belongings if you decide to stay here. What started out as a weekend getaway ended in a nightmare. My room was broken into here, money and credit cards where stolen!
