This hotel was the last place we could find in San Andres, because we booked in October and all the good hotels were booked already. Since we arrived we noticed that the service was not so good. Then when we saw the room we realized that the hotel was maybe a 2 stars hotel. There was a double bed, one night table, a tv, and AC. Not even a chair to seat down. Or a place to put the suitcases. The bathroom was OK, but one of the faucets wasn't working and the shower's water pressure was so poor that it was almost impossible to take a decent shower. The hotel advertised that each room has a mini bar, but our room didn't. And we had a phone but there wasn't a list with the phone extensions, so we didn't know what number to dial when we needed to reach the front desk.
A good thing is that the hotel is located just steps away from the beach. The bad thing is that once you get out, lots of street vendors surround you, trying to sell things.
The hotel's restaurant wasn't good at all. Breakfast, lunch and dinner were included in the all inclusive package that we bought, but at night we decided to eat out because we didn't want to eat there anymore.
This is a OK hotel, but if you want a great holiday, don't stay here.
