This has to be the most disgusting hotel in the world, Seriously! It is dirty and the food is horrible and rooms are disgusting. This place could not keep it's license to operate in any other country. I would cancel my trip before I ever stayed in the hotel again. It is not even worth a "One Star" rating. I had the front desk show me many rooms and they are all disgusting, it was not just my room!

Is amazing how travel agencies can recommend this Hotel. We went ( 4 couples) to spend New Year in San Andres. The rooms are not so bad, but the air condition was damage, the phone line damage, the food at the 3 restaurants horrible, the worst has the Parrillada. The people at the lobby has no manners. Even is all inclusive we decide to have lunch and dinner out, there are very good restaurants near the San Luis beach and in the city.

I was in the swimming pool and I left some items on a table in the same area, when I went out nothing was in there, Security told me (Mr. Uribe) in a bad way it was banned to leave my items on a table, because of the risks, I don't know why they took my things instead of telling me in the swimming pool to take care of them by myself, I lost my cell phone with most pictures not kept anywhere else, most of them fomr my 1 year old nephew. They also took some money, not all nor the digital camera, nor the money left, nor the brand clothes and that's why i think the personnel form the hotel did it, otherwise in the swimming pool, a thief would ahve taken everything without chosing, besides the agressive attiitude of the security person was not normal.

This is the worst hotel I´ve ever been in my whole life. The service is horrible, people are grouchy. The food is absolutely disgusting, impossible to eat. The rooms don´t have hot water (shower is cold) and the water is not drinkable. We saw cockroaches not only in our rooms, but also in the restaurant floor.
It is definetely a non go.
