The place is being repaired they are also fitting new lifts, It is dirty the rooms smell of drains, we had one day without electricity and water. And travel agencies are still recommending this as a top hotel. It is a rip off, food gave me food poisoning. I could go on and on

This is by far the worst hotel I have been staying at. Unorganized lobby when check in, only one elevator was in service, and it was in really bad shape. Very worn down hotel, awful rooms, aircondition sometimes out of order, bathroom bad shape and only cold water from bad shower. 9 floors, only elevator to floor 8, then stairs. 9th floor refurbished. Some maintanance were going on all the time, and lots of noice. Overcrowded hotel. About 600 guests. Always noicy. Really bad quality on liquor in the bar, we got sick from 2 drinks, but the worst of all was bad food and really long lines, had to wait every breakfast, lunch and dinner in a 50 meter long line! Very unorganized staff and logistics in the restaurant. Probably because restaurant only had capacity for around 100 people. DO NOT CHOOSE THIS HOTEL IF YOU WANT A NICE STAY IN SAN ANDRES!
