My husband and I stayed 3 days in San Andres. We had a good experience overall. We did stay at the top of the building so we did not experience any of the noise problems other reviewers had. The breakfast was very good, plentiful and very Colombian authentic and so glad it was because I hate to take a long flight to a foreign country only to find hamburgers and hot dogs galore! The staff was helpful and recommended other restaurants in other Decameron properties which we did. All do require prior reservations and the food is good but not great. You do have to remember that this is an island and "island life" is very different than city life meaning very, very laid back. Everyone in the island speaks english and spanish so for all you anglos this should be a plus to consider. Oh, and they are all very friendly!
