Spent three days at this hotel in early July 2011.
Compared to other hotels in Wenzhou the prices are good. Rooms are of a acceptable size with all ammenities needed for a short business trip. Only wireless internet in lower floors, which can connect to reception area.
If you are looking for western food this might not be your cup of tea, but the kitchen is in general acceptable.
The carpets on the room are a bit dirty, but the rest is cleaned good.
Overall a good hotel for the price, and will most likely stay at it again on my next visit.
Some rooms might be a bit noisy due to the traffic.

This hotel is located in a very busy area of Wenzhou. It is walking distance to many restuarants so it is convenient for dinner and meetings, but the street is very loud and the windows in the hotel do not offer protection from the noise. The carpeting in the room is dirty and if you are a westerner you will not be happy with the breakfast selection, although the coffee was surprisingly good for a Chinese Hotel. We had dinner in the hotel restaurant and felt ripped off regarding the price we paid for a lobster, over 800 RMB. Wenzhou is need of a few more Western Hotel's and I am surprised that for a such a busy city there are not more. Next time we will try a different hotel.

This was at one time the top hotel for international businessmen coming to Wenzhou. However this facility is now dated and requires renovation. Rooms are medium size with good shower. Free internet for guest. Free breakfast in Coffee Shop offers mainly Chinese food with basic Western breakfast selections. Sleep quality will be poor for those located in rooms facing the main avenue which is very noisy. Hotel restaurant is good (Wenzhou is not known for top restaurants.) Downtown location is excellent. With entrance of several major international hotel chains into Wenzhou market, this hotel will lose its attractiveness for people seeking 4-5 star accomodations.

Stayed there for the first time. People say it is the best hotel in Wenzhou.
Rooms are quite OK, with a large bathroom and walk in shower. Really nice.
Lightcontrols next to the bed are difficult to operate, you always press the wrong button or the button was not working. It is one of those boards from which you can control the whole room. I really hate those things. I wish all hotels had 2 buttons: one to turn of the bed light and one to turn everything off, then one electric plug. Unfortunately the hotel had non of them.
The heating system was not working well, the room was very hot, fortunately I could open the windows and cool the room by that means. Hotel Engineering could not fix the problem.
Food was good as dinner buffet, but a lot of Chinese dishes. Quality was good. Breakfast is also good.
