First, extremely unorganized and could not locate our reservation (never did locate it and attempted to charge us twice before we left). Second, charged 200Y for a deposit. Third, staff at desk would laugh at our attempts to speak to them in Chinese. Fourth, Toilet broken in room. Fifth, Air conditioning does not funciton properly. Sixth, Hard beds without much pillow support. Seventh, elevators very slow and hot. NOT Worth the stress or money to stay in this hotel.
