i went to this hotel with a booking , i waited 45 minutes to get waited on as they responded to chinese and chinese butting in line yelling and cutting in,,,finally i cut in and said no i pushed and finally got attention , only to be told my booking was no good and they would not honor it,,,,as they have not received it,,,,,arguements ensued, at 1230 midnight they finally realized i was right , they found the booking ,,,,due to their overbooked rooms, i was upgraded as were 13 others, he felt he had been special to me, i felt he was not, adding he would add one hour late check out,,, this was totally unfair, well i went to the room, no internet, and early in the morning the maid kept bothering us to clean the room, 6 times she asked us,,,,,,,,,,,,,well such a disastor for a 5? star hotel, the bathtub edges were rusty , caulking pulling looose,

I guess front desk people are working there just for the sake of working. When I check in I never heard from them welcoming me and when I check out the lady who entertain me had a grumpy face maybe I check out too early around 600 am. Also the concierge was really really bad.. I request him to call a taxi for me but he never leave his desk so I just when out the street and get one.. I left June 3rd morning.. The only consolation is the house keeping people are quite helpful. But their new main wing room are quite nice.. but personal touch is lousy.. I guess because I look chinese.. Also seems they are quite few Non-smoking room ..so if you are non-smoker just beware you might not have a room for you even you have made a non-smoking reservation

Located in the middle of a posh shopping district/avenue (Tiffany & Co is across the street and Dior is next door), I gave this beautifully appointed, modern hotel only 4/5 because the bathroom smells like mildew. It's the one thing I cannot tolerate. Ew.

The staff is very helpful and friendly. The lobby is gorgeous. It's big and airy and modern, as is the room I occupied (1 king bed). The bed is firmer than I like, but I still slept. The hotel provides two complimentary bottles of water per room per day.

The room, bedding, and bathroom is clean (except for the smell of mildew).

For a hotel in this price range I was really dissapointed. Mostly I stay in places where the costs of a night are about 10% of this hotel, and my experience is much better.
Ok, the room was nice, and the beds were perfect. It was quiet, the soft carpets on the floors everywhere really helped a lot.
But the staff at the frontdesk was really unpleasend and unfriendly, both at check-in and check-out. The man at the door helping me to get my taxi to bring me where I wanted to go was very helpfull and nice. That is the sort of people that this place needs.
In the room the remotecontrol of the TV did not work. But the bathroom was bad designed as in the old days in China. After a shower you cannot water stands everywhere in the bathroom and will stay there for several hours. Leaving your towel in the bathroom means that you have to walk with wet feet through the room.
It is really too expensive for just a nice bed.
