Was a bit weary about staying here after some of the mixed reviews on TA, but it was only for 1 night and was half the price of the Shangri La, so we took a chance and were pleasently surprised.

We had 2 interconnecting rooms which were bith spacious and comfortable. Midern decor and new bed linen. The bathrooms were clean and not dated.

Front desk was very helpful, the hotel is a bout a 2 minute walk from the main shopping street.

Breakfast was good, dinner was great and all at a very reasonable price.

The only negative was the pool was closed for refurbishment, but we had a very nice nights sleep!

We stayed at the Crowne Plaza for 3 nights, the rooms are clean, breakfast is very good. Great location for the shopping precinct. The bed was okay for me but a little soft for my husband, internet could be faster, but its enough to get your emails out.

It's in city center, 10 min walk. Room is good, standard room.

Locational advantage, quick access to many city landmarks, quite a crowded hotel, a little old fashioned rooms but well kept; Concierges and housekeeping were quite honest and helpful.....staff keen on satisfying the guests....Okay for a short stay for sure
