- Probably the newest in Jinan as of Oct 2011. Modern and comfortable as expected.
- The breakfast buffet is quite good. The Japanese resturant is ok for a tier-2 city in China

- One problem, not just for Sheraton Jinan though, is that there is no way to turn down the room temperature or let in outside cooler air after the hotel turns on the heat for the A/C system. Northern chinese hotel like it HOT HOT HOT in winter, hotter than summer time. Something as a southerner I can never ever understand. I woke up several time in the middle of the night sweating like a dog.

Although the location of the hotel is not near the town but the hotel itself is beautiful. Big lobby and had a great welcome experience received by the Director of Rooms Mr Charles and his wonderful team Ms Khoo and Mr Chin, not forgetting Jeffrey from the Executive Lounge. We got a suite and it's spacious and beautiful.

Breakfast experience was average but the croissant is a Must Have!! Overall, staying in Sheraton Jinan was a wonderful experience. Thanks to everyone who make this stay so memorable.

Comfortable room, good space, pretty good room service, staff eager to please, and overall a very positive experience. Would have been nice if the room service staff spoke better English but they worked very hard. Easily the best place we stayed in China.
