I think that this hotel is the most horrible hotel in Suzhou. We stayed there for 6 days . Rooms were awful, dirty, from up to down. Smell in hotel was like in public toilet. We had breakfast in hotel restaurant with birds and snakes in cages...Nobody speaks english, booking on a reception was like you are trying to climb on Mount Everest......This hotel is only for people who loves adventure or safari....For me and for my friends it was a bad experience.........
