We have been back to this Hotel and must say it generally has improved since our last visit.
During this stay they even changed the (very dirty) Restaurants carpets and it it presents now quite well.
Our room's carpet (Business B towards the pond) however needs urgently changing - it is really full of spots and dark marks and very used, as well as the whole room furniture is quite tired now. Same applies to the chairs in the lobby bar.
Breakfast is just the same as before. The only thing that disturbed usabout it are the service times: at 9 AM everything is alreday closed down.
Staff, especially at breakfast, is nice and charming - however in Chinese only. With English only you're lost!
Room Tip: Choose a business room B with lakeview (what means view to the courtyard pond) which is much quieter...
