This is not the Ritz, but if you have been to Zhuhai you already know that the Ritz does not exist. There are many good hotels in town, and each place tends to have its own personality. However, after spending time with most of the so-called best hotels in town I have to say I like this one. It is nice, clean, well run and like most Chinese hotels they go out of there way to be helpful.
This may be the oldest Hotel in Zhuhai, and it is still very good four star hotel.
Nice garden setting with villas, suggest the grand building, room are a good sizes with in room PC's.
Tell them upfront if you need nonsmoking, rooms are limited.
People are great, perfectly honest and the staff turnover seems to be low.
Coffee shop is western style and the food is good.
If you stay try the tea house.
Value for money is good, but ask for Andy if you are going to stay a few weeks. The deal gets better the longer you stay.

PS, If you are looking for a nice homogenized western experience (my opinion) go to the Holiday Inn. Also has good people and is a good hotel.
