We chose this hotel because it is supposed to be close to Louhu shopping, and it is close, but it is not safe to walk to the shopping area because there are no sidewalks. You have to walk on the highway. The location is also very bad for getting a taxi because the road is divided by a fence so you can only get a taxi from one side. The hotel said they would arrange to have a car pick us up at 8:45. We were lucky to find a taxi at 9:10. The hotel kept on saying another 10 minutes and tried to get us to wait for their car even though it was already 25 minutes late. The bathroom did not have a bathtub. There is no place to hang a wet towel in the bathroom. The safe in the room was broken and the refrigerator did not work. We made a reservation for 2 people in the room but they only give you one breakfast. We decided to change hotels and the front desk told us they could not cancel our reservations for us because we made reservation on their web site on line.

The room was clean. No one in the hotel could speak English well.

I would not stay at this hotel again.

The good thing is the room was clean and transportation was great, around 2mins walk to the subway station and Dongmen. Good price.

The minus things i don't like the hotels surrounding.. it was kind of dirty.. My friend and i were kind of afraid to walk at late night.. definitely, not suitable if you're a single woman traveler.

Overall, i will stay here again for the location and price..

the hotel just located at a 5-10 mins walking distance to luohu train station, it's pretty convenient to the hong kong border and mrt station. The hotel staffs were very nice and and good communicate in english. it's strongly recommended to those who intend to travel between to hong kong.

We stayed at Days Hotel because our friends picked it - it was close to places like Commercial City. Check in was pretty easy - but it was getting to the hotel from the train station that was difficult. Suggestions - take a taxi from the station, if that's where you're arriving from.

Our room didn't have a view of outside, but it had windows that looked into the interior of the middle of the hotel, which made it quite noisy in our room. The set up of our room was fine, but the bed was pretty hard. In addition, the room had not been vacuumed before our arrival, which was kind of gross.

The first night we tried the buffet dinner, and there was a pretty good mix of food - although there wasn't signs for every item, so some of it we didn't try. Desserts were yummy. The buffet breakfast was average, but for the price you pay, it's not worth complaining.

We used the business centre at the hotel to check our email, etc. Can't remember the price, but it's really cheap for an hour, and the staff that work there are very helpful.

The location was great, as we walked to most places with our friends who were familiar with Shenzhen. Getting a taxi here is not as easy as you might think. Make sure you take the business card from the hotel with you wherever you go. We found this very handy when getting into taxis.
