Stayed for two nights with my husband and my parents. Rooms are spacious and clean. Desktop computers are available in the suite. Breakfast was very good although the dining environment is a little noisy. Price and service is a good reason to choose this hotel again!!!

I stayed here 2 nights in November and it was excellent in all ways. Check-in was smooth and easy. The door men collected my bags straight from the taxi followed me through check-in and up to my room. The room was excellent with a large and nice bathroom. The shower head was even tall enough for me and I am tall. The closet was stocked with an iron and ironing board, safe, and even a flashlight.
The room was clean and quality. Free wired internet (no wifi). And the bed was firm (which I like a lot) and I slept great. This hotel met my standards for a quality 4 star US business hotel.
The breakfast was good too. I would highly recommend this hotel to any business traveler.

Hotel is very nice, room spacious and clean. Bathroom big and clean. There is free interent even though a bit slow, but better than nothing.
Lots of extra stuff like umbrellas, iron, iron board, lots of toilettries, torch, slippers, ...
breakfast is very good for both western and chinese food.

Health club and swimming pool are very nice. We also had massages which were good. Massages a little expensive but hotel in general was cheap considering the excellent service provided.

As other people said, the only bad thing to say about this hotel is that staff hardly speak english so in case of troubles it can be a little hard.

I don't agree with other comments. Air conditioning can be controlled by ourselves in the room, no problems at all

This was my first time on Shenzhen and the Hotel is very good, a very beuatiful and clean room. There was no wireless Internet o my room and the ethernet was a little slow.
The restaurant is very good, and the breakfast was excelent (the better food I ate on China).
For the price is an excellent choice.
