The hotel is located in a quiet corner of Luohu, but still quite convenient to most places and in a good location. The hotel lobby was under renovation and the temporary entrance was on the side of the building, not well marked and was difficult to find. I thought the taxi driver was dropping me at the wrong place.
The staff were friendly and spoke English well. The check-in was quick and efficient and the staff explained how to get the to room and how to get to breakfast in the morning (breakfast is in the revolving restaurant at the top of the hotel and requires changing elevators on the way up).
The room was a good size and well kept. Free internet was available and several English and other international TV channels were available.
The buffet breakfast was nice and offered both Asian and Western options. Service by the restaurant staff was not particularly good and I had to get up twice to refill my coffee.
The views of Shenzhen (and Hong Kong in the distance) from the restaurant were very nice though.
