Hotel lobby is quite modern but the rooms themselves are quite dated. The corridors are dark and a little dirty. The rooms themselves are clean (I was in a windowless room so it was a bit dark) but they are quite small, though it was perfectly functional for one night. There is no wireless but the broadband worked as did the TV. Sound proofing is quite poor though.
The hotel is large and has 12 floors, and caters for many tours groups. There is a tour booking desk in the lobby, and a small coffee shop and souvenir shop, and a large restaurant on another floor - the food was decent. Hotel does not call taxis but you can hail one on the street as it is on a major road. Service was poor - the staff lack basic customer service skills.
If you can get a room at this hotel for a good price I would still recommend it.
