I stayed here for a few hours after a long work day (I flew into Temuco in the morning, worked in Chillan for a few hours, and spent the night in Concepcion). Room was clean. Bed was a bit small and not or standard size. That was OK for me, since I am not particularly tall, but I can imagine someone who is tall feeling a bit crammed.

Staff at the counter were corteous and nice, check-in and check-out were expeditious and problem free.

I think the best part was being in a central location. I stepped out of the hotel at dusk, bought a huge bag of fresh Chilean grapes (which served as dinner) for one buck and spent a few minutes enjoying the nice Chilean summer evening just a few blocks from the hotel.
