“Small, elegant, classy boutique hotel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 February 2012

The vintage Mercedes at the airport was quite a pleasant surprise for us. It started on a refined note and the rest was up to this start!
The hotel staff is very welcoming, dedicated and always does the extra mile to accommodate your needs. They even booked our plane from and to Phnom Penh without any extra charge, just to facilitate our trip.
The hotel offers a number of options to organise your visits around the Siem Reap area, from the simplest to the most luxurious ones.
The rooms are very beautiful, modern and yet very stylish. They are big and organised like an apartment with a day and night area. The breakfast is very good, you can order the dishes you prefer. The swimming pool area is lovely, very pleasant. The hotel restaurant is very good, the bar too. The main structure (where the lobby, the bar and restaurant are located) is very beautiful, very boutique, colonial style. The hotel is never crowded because there are only a few rooms.
The management is very welcoming, makes everyone feel quite special and it is a pleasure to recommend their hotel. The rest of the staff is equally professional and service oriented.
The hotel is located slightly outside the city center but it is very cheap and easy to reach the center of town by tuck tuck. Definitely a nice place to stay at if you ever make it to Siem Reap.

“Little Jewel”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 9 February 2012

Simple a lovely little place. Semi off the beaten path ( not far from downtown). These folks truly understand hospitality.
Great rooms, staff, food ! If your looking for a small first class venue this gets a Rob five star rating ...

PS I am very picky !

A superior boutique hotel with excellent food and service. This is reason enough to visit Angkor Wat, Try their excursions. Very comfortable ways to visit all sights.

“Nice little place”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 6 February 2012

We stayed here for 3 nights over New Year in a deluxe room. The room was very comfortable and peaceful. The breakfast was quite basic and but adequate. The staff were all very helpful and we booked a car through the hotel one day to visit some of the temples which were some distance out of town. This was quite expensive, more so than anywhere else we had encountered in Cambodia, however there was not really any other way to do it. They arranged a tuk tuk on our first day and when we came to pay we realised we had to do it through the hotel. I thought this was a little sneaky as it worked out much more expensive and I wondered how much of this actually went to the driver! After this we arranged it ourselves. Have a plan of which temples you want to go to, the hotel will be good at advising you which ones are quiet when. We found ourselves at Ta Prohm with a handful of people but as we were leaving loads of buses were pulling up. New Year is great fun in Siem Reap, we didn’t buy into the hotels expensive dinner evening. Instead we came into Siem Reap had a wonderful meal in a Khmer Kitchen for about £5 each and danced the night away with the Cambodians on Pub Street (the name sounds awful but it was great fun). The Cambodians have to be the nicest people on the planet.

“5* Quallity of Service”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 2 February 2012

Heritage offers a very high standard quality service. Right from the pick-up service from the airport and throughout our stay in the hotel. The staff were amazing... helpful, accommodating, friendly and sincere.

The quality of food is excellent. Almost a fine dining but without the high price tag. The service is excellent and menu has a very good selection of local cuisine and good selection of wine. Wine was a bit pricey but you can afford to splash out on the wine when the food was cheap, considering the quality we get. The breakfast is also good and the place has never been busy even though the hotel was fully booked, there are plenty of communal space not to feel the crowd around you.

The bar has a really good selection of snacks and cocktails. We didn't really try the snack menu as we always ended up dinning with at least 2 course meal.

The room is spacious and it has a separate bathroom and toilet. All corners of the room were cleaned and the bed was comfortable enough for a 4 night stay. If we ever get the chance to come back, we will definitely stay here and probably book one of the villas by the pool. We only hope that Magnus, Baptiste and the whole crew are still around as they really made sure that our stay is a memorable one.

We use the spa and the hotel offers 25% discount for the residence. The quality of the treatment was not bad and it was not expensive for one of the best spa in Cambodia. It was a good experience of a Cambodian Spa treatment.

To all the staff at the Heritage - thank you! You made our holiday even more special.

Room Tip: Villa type room looks really special.
