“Cheap and very very nice”

It's a bit of a way from the centre of siem reap but that turned out to be a good thing, giving us a break from the madness of pub street! It's one of the massive resorts on airport road but has a really lovely atmosphere, a beautiful natural pool and genuine staff. We were ready for a relax an this place provides a great base for exploring temples nearby

“A big resort without charm”
3 of 5 stars Reviewed 30 November 2011 via mobile

The hotel is big, clean, the swimming pool is very nice but it's not a real Spa! We were very disappointed not to find enough cushions on deckchairs Next to the swimming pool. Actually the rooms are spaceful but without any charm. The breakfast is made for chinese people and big groups. It's not a Romantic place at all.

“Ideal Accomodations”
5 of 5 stars Reviewed 25 October 2011

We had the joy of staying in Hotel for a week in March. The weather was warm, of course, it is Cambodia, but even without the air con in the lobby it was breezy and pleasant. The pool and gardens are beautiful! The room was large and very clean. The eastern decor was very pleasing. We were there with a conference, so I don't know if the lovely breakfast buffet we enjoyed each day was the norm. There was a lovely gentlemen always making eggs to order, as well as the traditional noodle station. What I really enjoyed was all the amazing Cambodian fruit. The staff were very accomodating and pleasant. I loved being greeted each evening when I returned by the smiling, bowing doorman. The hotel is centrally located, and we never had trouble hiring an inexpensive "tuk tuk" into town.

“It's an ok Hotel”
4 of 5 stars Reviewed 13 October 2011

I stayed there last week. The Hotel was pretty empty, which is ok. The rooms were big, but we've requested a King size bed, and they put two twin beds together, which is not the same thing.
The breakfast was basic buffet, not very exciting, but the lack of guests, highlighted the fact that they had too much staff for the number of guests, so I ended up having my breakfast with two guys starring at me in case I needed something.

The internet service was appalling!! Expensive US$2/hour, and keeps crashing. Unless you are desperate to get access to the net, but the internet in downtown cybercafes are much cheaper US$0.5/hour or US$1/hour, and much more stable.

The gym was a disappointment! Old, dark & not very inviting.
Overall the Hotel is good. The staff are very friendly, the rooms were clean, so it served the purpose.

Lovely hotel with spacious room and bathroom. Very friendly attentive staff. Beautiful pool area and gardens - very relaxing. The hotel is located about 3km from downtown Siem Reap which you can get to by Tuk Tuk for about 3US$.
