We were disappointed in this hotel. It is in a good location but seems to be mainly used by tour groups. Our first night, there did not appear to be many other guests in this large impersonal hotel. The next two nights, there seemed to be tour groups staying. There did not seem to be many Westerners staying there. The breakfast was very disappointing. We did not end up eating anythIng but some fruit.

This hotel is in a good location but some of the rooms are a bit tired eg torn curtains. The swimming pool is very nice but some shade umbrellas would be nice!

Don't be late down for breakfast as it is likely to be cold!!

We were there at 12/2011. We found it on agoda, with in a promotion action in a third price 30$/night/superior room.
In this value is ok, but in original price is NOT reasonable!
The rooms are cleans, but we had some quality problems (see my pix here), and was terrible breakfast!
At else was good with the promotion price, Good location, everything is near, friendly, smile staff!!!

Ended up here after the hotel we had originally booked had overbooked. Whilst not our original choice rooms were clean and fairly big. Whilst my husband and I had no problems with our room, our in-laws in a second room had ongoing problems with lack of hot water and their bath not working properly - not ideal when travelling with a two year old.

Swimming pool was nice and big, but all of the family had sore eyes from one of our visits. We were subsequently advised they had been 'shocking' the pool!

Hotel location is great. Right next to the lucky mall and around 15 mins walk to the night market. Tuk Tuk's on hand right outside the hotel and Mr Savoan was an excellent driver and really friendly and helpful.

Staff fairly helpful. Overall an 'ok' experience. Hotel could do with some refurbishment but was clean and comfortable.
