Great location, near the nightmarket and Pub Street.
Good rooms, we had one with two windows which was really nice.
Water though was cold, and nothing else special to mention.

We stayed a total of 5 nights in this guesthouse, at USD$8 a night for a twin fan room. The room was really clean, bright and airy. For the amount we paid, we had two bottles of drinking water everyday, cable TV, very comfortable mattresses (totally unexpected), change of towels daily, toilet paper and the room was cleaned daily. The staff were honest and helped us arrange a tuk tuk driver who charged very reasonable rates. I must say the stay was unexpectedly good compared to other guesthouses I've stayed in before in Siem Reap, and definitely worth more than what we paid for. The location was ideal too, with the main recreation area just across the road and night market just next to it. Best of all, it is quiet, being one street away from the pub area and sleep was great.

I stayed here for two days. The first night was good, it was very comfortable. However, the second night was really hot. I couldn't sleep, so I turned the lights on. I found bugs all over my clothes, which were on the bed. It was easy to spot the bed bugs since the bed sheets and pillow covers were white.

I did kill some of them and they were full of blood. I had no idea what these bugs were until I asked my mother. She was familiar of these bugs since she was born and raised in Cambodia. Suddenly, more and more of the bed bugs came out from no where. My mother and I wanted to go downstairs to exchange for a different room, but it was close to midnight and no one was downstairs and the lobby.

I ended up staying in my aunt's room because I couldn't sleep at the thought of having bed bugs suck my blood in the middle of the night.

We were around 30 people staying here on a twin sharing basis as part of a photography workshop. The location of this place is great just a 2 min walk from pub street. The rooms are basic but they are cleaned everyday. You have to pay extra for every service you use like AC or hot water or refrigerator. It gets expensive if you want to use all the services if not then it's a good budget option.
