Spent our honeymoon here. Very comfortable and affordable room; friendly and helpful staff, especially the manager who went out of his way to offer advice and organise things for us. It was nice that whenever we stopped in the lobby for any time he would join us to discuss our plans and bring tea. Nice little pool - good location on the edge of town. Restaurant a little limited but still ok.

At the outset, this hotel is clean, well appointed and decently located for $40 per night. They did not charge us for a third person which was 15 per night more. Not complaints at all about the AC, hot water and cleanliness of the room.

The service generally was good, some of the staff was surly at times but no biggie.

Our major complaint and the reason we knocked this down two stars was that they tried to charge us 20 dollars for a bent keycard and 18 dollars for some mysterious food charge as we were trying to check out in a hurry to get to the airport.

It was very shady and the manager was downright mean. It was obvious that they gave us the card bent (a 25 cent hotel keycard that was still working) and that they were squeezing the "dumb gullible Americans". We ended up just paying for it since we were in a hurry and did not want trouble for 38 bucks. However that spoiled the whole experience and put our mood off for the day.

It is best member i never had in Cambodia. The hotel is really good, all of staff is really friendly.

Stayed ih the hotel for three days. Big room and good service, especially the boss is very warm-hearted. One day morning our Tuktuk driver was later, the hotel boss worried we would miss the sunrise and gave us a free rider to the Angkor Wat. Really wonderful experience!
