I stayed here for 2 nights, after reading the reviews I do not agree. It is off season for this hotel, I can not comment on how anyone is treated or cleanliness when very busy. The room was average it had a small frig. and micro. The tub has had a few rough guests, I noticed a few cracks forming. With the economy it would be tough to replace all the tubs. The beds were fine, most likely cheap or well used. Free wireless, there are some characters wandering the area, but every town has them. I rate it average for an average hotel. free wireless, frig., micro., not much to complain about for 63.00 for 2 nights. I did find some long hair in the towels and elsewhere, but, hey everybody loses hair. I am now in the Hampton Inn in Elizabeth for 1 night, it is a world of difference, more quality, I am still just there for the rest and shower. I say Hampton because it offers free wireless and local calls along with parking. This would be another review.

This place was a nightmare from the moment we pulled into the parking lot. The motel looked unkept and seedy even from the outside. There were several shady looking individuals walking around giving me an uneasy feeling. We approached the front desk and found the attendant behind bullet proof glass. We got the key and walked into our dimly lit room. The smell of smoke was overwhelming. The room looked very old and outdated. I pulled the blankets back to find several hairs on the pillows and what looked to be a shoe print on the sheet. Then we found mold on the shower curtain and on the tile. The toilet seat was broken. The floor was filthy and had cigarette burns. The wallpaper was cracked and peeling off the wall. The cieling had dust hanging from it. I didn't even want to put my bag down let alone stay. There were three mouse traps in the room...one under the bed one behind the tv and one under the air conditioner. I wouldn't be complaining if this room cost us $39 for the night but it was $250 since it was a Saturday in Atlantic City. We were so disgusted we had to leave. We ended up getting another hotel room a few miles down the road. What a waste of time and money. I only wish I had my camera so I could send some pictures to the board of health! I guess we really lost big in AC that night!

Decided couple weeks before the 4th to check AC hotel prices and this was the lowest. (that had a pool) I was not sure what to expect but we wanted something just to sleep and shower. Rooms were clean but we did not use the blanket. It looked very worn. The bathroom was clean not updated but clean. The pool was small but fine if you just want to hang or take a dip. We did not eat the breakfast which I think is just cereal and coffee. Close to the beach & casinos about 6 miles. There was a diner open 24hrs which was good.

This was not a party hotel which I thought it would be since the price was so low. (Thurs 7/3 $45 and Fri 7/4 $140) There were families and young couples. We got home late the first nite I think around 3am and it was quiet so no late nite noises. Parking lot was well lit. Outside they had an ice machine and soda machine.

I would stay again for a cheap hotel this time I would bring my own blankets!!

With all of the reviews we went expecting the worst but were pleasantly surprised. We had a nice two bedded room that was very spacious. It appeared to be a remodeled room and was nicely done. Housekeeping was spot on, everything was clean. No complaints with the bathroom. Yes, the toilet has a slow flush so I can see how problems would occur.

The pool area is satisfactory. It needs a bit of repair, but the water is fine for kids.

You do need to be buzzed into the lobby where breakfast is set up. But breakfast is nice. Nothing spectacular, but the standard muffins, doughnuts, coffee cakes, coffee, juice, etc. Nothing at all to complain about.

We found the management and staff extremely friendly and helpful. The people get five stars at this property.

This certainly isn't a three or four star property, nor does it pretend to be one. It is a solid 1 1/2 star property. And at the price you really can't beat it. We go to AC to spend time at the beach and this location works just fine.
