We stayed 2 nights. When we entered the room there was a board shoved under the carpet to keep you from falling through the floor. Made it hard to open the door sometimes and we stubbed out toes. The headboard was laying on the bed because it fell off the wall. We called the fromt desk and they sent a young person up to fix it. They spoke broken english. All they did was hang it back up again on broken hinges. I did fall once more but not on anyone. The toilet paper holder was broken with sharp edges exposed and was close to the toilet. During our stay I covered it with bandaids to keep from getting cut. The shower curtain rod was cut a little short so when you moved it too far it would fall out of the holders. There was a broken desk lamp that had the bulb part just hanging from the top of the lamp. We were told that it was ok to use and it wouldn't shock us. We had to send down for a new remote because the one we had was broken. After that the TV worked ok and we did have a working frig and micro. The room had a musty smell that they tried to cover up with a spray freshner. I would rather smell the musty smells than the strong perfume smells. We tried to book rooms elsewhere but they were outragus prices or no rooms available. There were no other rooms to be moved to and they refused to give a refund. I asked who to write to and was given an address but was told that none of our complaints would entitle us to a refund and we were just wasting our time. I did write and sent pictures but I did not hear back. The pictures in their add advertised a continental breakfast. There was a jug of warm 'tang' and a thermos of warm/cold coffee that tasted scorched or burnt with paper cups. It was nasty. There was some stale box cookeis on a paper plate. Not a continental breakfast like pictured.
