Me and my wife travel to atlantic city every year around this time and we always stay at the knights inn. The staff is great and very helpful. We requested a room with the view of the city and was immediately switched into one without any hassle. The rooms are clean and comfortable and the area seems to be safe. What more can a customer ask for?

We stayed at this hotel because it was pet friendly and we were traveling with our dog. I made reservations weeks in advance, and when we get to the hotel, they did not have my reservations on file. The guy at the front desk wanted to charge me more money than what I was quoted on the phone at the time I made my reservations. He did the same for the pet charges. Thank God I had my info written down so he had to honor what they quoted me on the phone. So he gives me a room key, we lugged all of our bags (and dog) to the room only to find that another family WAS STILL IN THE ROOM! We were so embarrassed. We went back to the desk and informed the guy that he gave us a key to a room that was already occupied. After several minutes of the guy going back and forth physically checking other rooms to see if they were occupied, he finally gave me another key. Why didn't they have this info in their system??? I felt very unsafe after that because we didn't know if they would've given our key to someone else as well. The rooms smelled horrible, the sheets were dirty, flies were everywhere and the carpets were filthy. And today I find out that they charged me for an extra day. Beware of this place if possible!

We went to this hotel for 2 nights. I think this is the worst hotel in US that we ever stayed.
Although, we paid like 3 star hotel and the service we got like half star hotel. The complimentary continental breakfast was not continental it was only breakfast with very insufficient donuts and juice (was not juice but it was only sunny delight). These people are just making us fools. There were many other problems like holes in the bed sheets, dirty bath tubs, broken blinds, very noisy AC, TV was not working, bad smell in all the rooms and moreover they gave us non smoking room for extra money. So I don't ever recommend this hotel to anyone. I just made a big mistake!!!!!!!!!
Do not make the same mistake as us and learn from our experience.

There was hair all over the bathtub and the sink. It was just gross. The hotel is old and falling apart and everything looks like crap from the poorly patched ceilings to the carpet coming up all along the walls. Don't stay here. "Free" highspeed internet doesn't work at all - it was the only reason I stayed here.
